Cyber-Sigma Technology strives to provide accurate pricing information for all products and services. Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, Cyber-Sigma Technology reserves the right to correct any errors and cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing.

Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may exclude taxes, duties or regulatory charges unless otherwise stated. Applicable VAT and delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the selected fulfilment option and destination.

Cyber-Sigma Technology reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel any order at its sole discretion — for example, where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or the order appears fraudulent. Where an order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be initiated in line with the original payment method.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Paystack (card, USSD, bank)
• Direct Bank Transfer
• Future approved payment methods (e.g. Buy Now Pay Later)

Orders paid via direct bank transfer remain in an Under Verification state until our finance team confirms the payment in our bank account. We will update your order to Payment Received or Payment Rejected and notify you by email.

Refund requests are subject to review and approval by Cyber-Sigma Technology.

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• Product received is defective.
• Product received differs significantly from the ordered item.
• Product cannot be supplied after confirmed payment.

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Products damaged through misuse.
• Software licenses, subscriptions or digital products already activated.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on payment providers and financial institutions.

Cyber-Sigma Technology provides product delivery within Nigeria and selected international locations.

Delivery charges displayed during checkout are calculated according to the selected location and applicable delivery rules. Cyber-Sigma Technology is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, force majeure events, courier disruptions or circumstances beyond our control.

Applicable warranties are subject to the policies of the manufacturer and the relevant supplier. Cyber-Sigma Technology will facilitate warranty claims where possible but does not extend warranties beyond the manufacturer's stated period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cyber-Sigma Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from product use, service interruptions or reliance on website content.

All website content — including text, branding, logos, graphics, product photography, software and design elements — remains the property of Cyber-Sigma Technology or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and ordering, and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are involved in fraudulent, abusive or suspicious activity, in violation of these terms, or in breach of applicable law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on the website and you may be required to re-accept the latest version. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and any applicable regulations relevant to our business operations. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts within our business jurisdiction.
